This unique and original custom-made replica Stormtrooper costume is a perfect example.

The armour itself is made from high quality very thick ABS Plastic that does not yellow and does not crack like many copycat kits do.

Several points have been upgraded on this armour to make it easier to wear and also achieve a more realistic and professional look.

The helmet now looks 100% the same as the Stormtroopers in Star Wars 'A New Hope'.  

Many of the 501st Stormtrooper legion have purchased this armour which is something that we are very proud.

This is a first class quality item and does not compare with others available all over the internet. It's not complicated to fit together as this costume is supplied with a very useful instruction guide.

The white armour pieces are all attached and held together by industrial strength Velcro that you simply stick to the underside of the armour (explained within the simple guide).

The helmet will need assembling and will take around two days to complete, due to the ABS cure time, its fairly straight forward with the help of the simple guide. 

Our Star Wars Stormtrooper costumes are one size fits all, though we can provide special sizes for smaller or larger sized customers.
